- Check-Out Time: Before 11:00 (11:00 AM)
Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Guest Requirements
- All guests must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid passport and credit card must be presented upon check-in.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a booking at our discretion.
Pets and Smoking Policy
- Pets are not permitted on the premises.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms and indoor common areas.
Alcohol Policy
- Outside alcohol is not allowed. Only alcoholic beverages purchased on-site may be consumed within the premises.
Bookings and Payments
- Reservations can be made directly through our website or via affiliated booking platforms. Confirmation will be sent via email.
- Payment is accepted upon arrival in cash or by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
- All published rates include applicable taxes.
- Room rates and availability are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations and No-Shows
- Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival, or failure to show up, will result in a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay.
Parking
- Complimentary on-site parking is available for guests.
